A retreat with Delson offers an immersive experience that allows you to explore deep states of joy, compassion, equanimity, and awakening. Delson customizes his teaching and talks to meet the needs of each practitioner, whether individually or in groups. Participants have plenty of time to plan their practice schedule while following an interview timetable, giving them the chance to connect with Delson one-on-one. During these interviews, Delson provides more personalized guidance based on your current stage in the retreat and your overall lifelong practice. Delson’s training under David Johnson and Bhante Vimalaramsi, along with his experience interviewing hundreds of participants, has helped him develop intuition to recommend supportive practices and key pointing-out instructions that promote a collaborative process of reflection, contemplation, and real-world, real-time application of concepts.

High Altitude Meditation Retreat - with Doug Kraft
This seven-day retreat invites you to refresh and refine meditation, not by the pursuit of achievement but through the peaceful act of letting go and discovery. It is found through the natural intelligence in each conscious state. These states of awakened awareness form the foundation of all experience. Delson calls this “that-ness”, a presence that infuses every moment with the essence of nirvana.
Metta Retreat - Austria
This 9-day retreat explores the Brahmaviharas as a pathway to awakening. The goal is to understand and actualize awakening in every day life, where Delson points out to the nature of that non-reflective awareness, or para-consciousness, through daily talks and 1:1 guidance.

Meditation Retreat - Poland
You are invited to a 10-day meditation retreat in a quiet place, away from the busyness of everyday life.
This is a time to pause, come closer to your direct experience, and explore what happens when you truly allow space for silence.
The central theme of this retreat is awakening — understood not as an idea, but as a direct recognition of what is already present when the tension of control and identification begins to relax.
This retreat is an invitation to a direct meeting with awakening — not as a concept, but as something that can be recognized in silence and awareness.
The retreat is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. A small group supports deeper practice and closer contact with the teachers.

What makes this experience truly unique is the level of personal attention. Alongside daily guided meditations and a carefully designed 4-week progression, you will receive daily one-on-one personalized guidance with Delson Armstrong, allowing your practice to be refined, adjusted, and deeply tailored every step of the way.
