An adaptive Dharma and Meditation Guide
Delson.AI is a meditation and dhamma companion grounded in Delson’s teachings: the TWIM method, the brahmaviharas, his recorded talks, and his books. It speaks in its own AI voice. It is not Delson himself, and it stays close to his words.
This is not just a chatbot. It is a personal AI agent. It remembers your practice over time, meets you where you are, and adapts to your experience, your spoken language, and what your sitting actually needs. The more you talk with it, the better it knows your path. You can talk through your practice, ask about a technique like the 6Rs or working with hindrances, or explore loving-kindness and forgiveness practice. It reflects back, asks questions, and points you to Delson's own words.
How it works
Personal to you, and it grows with you. It is not a one-size-fits-all answer engine. It remembers your conversations and adapts over time, so it meets you where your practice actually is.
Grounded in Delson's teaching, refreshed daily. It draws on his talks and book, and is updated every day with his latest dhamma talks, podcasts, and books, so it stays current with how he teaches now.
Guided meditations on hand. It can point you to Delson's guided meditations, including lovingkindness and forgiveness practice, when that is what your practice needs.
It knows Delson's schedule. Asking about upcoming calls, retreats, and events can help you find time with Delson himself. Some of this is still in development and growing.
Meditation and dharma only. A narrow, deliberate scope, offered with care and restraint. It will not wander off into unrelated topics.
One thread across web and WhatsApp. It remembers your conversation across both, so you pick up right where you left off. You can also ask it to check in with you each day, a short reflection at an hour you choose.

DelsonAI is invite only, reviewed through a short request. Everything you share stays private to you. You can wipe your full conversation at any time by sending "forget me".
